We are EXPECTING #2!!!!
Although this time, I won't have any cravings, swollen ankles in the heat, to work out for hours to prepare for labor, or any bets to win. This will definitely be a labor of love, but one of a different kind. One of patience, diligence, precision, and time. But all worth it in the end. Because. . .
We are adopting!!!
Several months ago we realized God was really pushing us this direction, so in July we took a giant leap of faith and jumped in with both feet. There are still quite a few unknowns, but right now we know we are going to Korea for a child with special needs.
I am launching this new blog as a way to document our journey and I hope you will follow along. It's going to be a long one (18-24 months), but we are excited to see all that God is going to do to make this possible. In the next few days (I hope) I will begin posting the back story so you know how all of this came about. This decision wasn't just made overnight. So, check back often and we'll let you know what's going on throughout this journey of bringing our little one from their foster home to our Foster home!
